Evolvia BioPharma welcomes scientists, AI researchers, medicinal chemists, clinicians, CRO experts, operators, investors, advisors, legal/IP professionals, business-development contributors, marketing builders, and strategic partners.

Scientific and technical builders

Therapeutic strategy, computational design, docking, synthesis planning, enzymatic IC50, in-vitro validation, and in-vivo execution.

Execution and company builders

Outsourced experiment management, CRO/vendor coordination, IP protection, financing readiness, investor materials, and operations.

Strategic builders

External collaborations, pharma BD, marketing, visibility, future development, investor networks, and long-term company growth.

Responsibility-completion rule

No completed responsibility, no ownership.

Applicants are not owners. Contributors are not owners. Advisors are not owners. A person becomes eligible for ownership only after a written responsibility is completed, documented, verified, accepted, and formally approved.

Outsourced execution model

Evolvia BioPharma may outsource experiments, synthesis, assays, validation, legal work, and operational tasks. But Evolvia BioPharma does not outsource responsibility.

Builders must make outsourced execution happen: define the work, identify qualified partners, manage scope, verify output, solve failures, and integrate results into company progress.

By submitting this application, you agree that any non-public information Evolvia BioPharma shares with you during the application or screening process is confidential and may be used only for evaluating a possible contribution to Evolvia BioPharma.

You agree not to copy, disclose, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, use, or exploit Evolvia BioPharma confidential information, scientific concepts, compound ideas, business plans, investor materials, collaborator information, IP strategy, data, documents, or internal communications for any personal, academic, commercial, employer, client, or third-party purpose without written permission from Evolvia BioPharma.

You acknowledge that applying does not make you an owner, employee, advisor, officer, partner, agent, representative, or authorized person of Evolvia BioPharma. You may not contact investors, CROs, partners, collaborators, vendors, media, or third parties on behalf of Evolvia BioPharma unless Evolvia BioPharma authorizes you in writing.

You agree that any work product, invention, analysis, design, document, code, data, workflow, report, protocol, figure, or other material created specifically for Evolvia BioPharma after acceptance into a contributor pathway may require formal IP assignment to Evolvia BioPharma before ownership consideration.

This online acknowledgment supports preliminary screening. Evolvia BioPharma may require a separate formal NDA, IP assignment, contributor agreement, and legal review before sharing confidential information or assigning responsibilities.
